Entry Deadline:       June 29, 2007…Will accept only the first 8 teams for each division, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
                            
Awards:                  Winners of each division to receive individual awards. 

                             Berth(s) to the 2007 Men’s “D” National Tournament in
Lancaster, California, will be awarded to the Upper
Division teams.

Playing Rules:
1.       Team must be ASA tournament registered.  If not, please remit $25.00 to San Francisco ASA.
2.       ASA Championship rules apply.
3.       ASA team and player classification strictly enforced.
4.       Play format shall be determined (depending on # of teams)
5.       Players must present photo identification upon request.
